Hi Terry, sorry for the delayed response. The RD-50 came out very good and I sold it to a guy who had Chris Caine play through it. If you are interested, I can send a sound file of the modded amp and Chris' stock RD w/EV speaker. thanks Ed | ||

Hi again, The RD-50 is still kickin butt in LA! I have come up with more mods for the RD, that take out the overcompressed overdrive mud that seems to be common to these amps. Now it sounds similar to a D*mble ODS, really! Great articulation and sustain usable in all gain settings now. |
