If that the rattle you describe originates
from within the valves (lite tap on them -while cold), then your valves ought to be replaced
with a matched set and biased. Try playing with a bit less bass. (BTW, slight rattle can be normal.)

If the rattle originates elsewhere, try doing
some 'general tightening' - cabinet screws, speaker's, chasis retainers, etc..

If it's from a speaker, you may need to replace.

If it's coming from within the chassis, bring the amp to a tech, to avoid getting fried - or worse.

The insides of a tube are delicate,
Rock-n-Roll never forgets.

Some anti-rattle ideas that I've tried...

Sturdier tubes; $$$

Rubber 1/64" isolation strips between the chassis top and the cabinet's mount points (helped a bit,
improved chassis ventilation unexpectedly); Cheap.

For a non-combo, buy some nice new mushy rubber
feet for the head, or just isolate the head from the cab by putting the head on a non-vibrating surface. Cheap.
