I just got a nice Musicman Rd50 110. It’s about the 10th one I’ve owned through the years. This one seem very bright compared the the others I've owned in the past. The speaker isn’t OEM, it’s a Celestion ceramic speaker. Would y’all think the speaker is why it sounds rich in treble? I remember my other amps with more bass sounding, or has my ear changed. I’ve been trying it with the treble on 3 or 4 but still seems bright.
