The Fat Possum Juke Joint Caravan played in Santa Fe on Memorial Day. It was a tight, stripped-down, delta blues show featuring guitar and drums, no bass. A mic-ed 212 Sixty-Five was the only amp. They had it propped up on a pair of chairs. First up was Paul "Wine" Jones on guitar with Cedric Burnside on the drums. Then came T-Model Ford with Spam on the drums. Finishing out was Kenny Brown, again with Cedric Burnside beatin' the tar out of the traps. They tore the place down.
