I'm bidding on that RP-100 on eBay and would like to get any ideas as to why it won't power up. Transformer? Dead Power tubes? I already have an RD-100 head that I may slide in to the cab and then try to fix the RP later. Any thoughts?

Bad power supply caps can cause the fuse to blow thus no power. This is assuming that "won't power up" means that NOTHING comes on (including the pilot light and tube heaters).

It could also be a transformer, but it is probably more likely something else.
