Tank for 2275-65 w/tube driver and EL34s

Author Message   JR Posted on Friday, March 10, 2006 - 03:36 pm:    Seems like we've covered the ss driver models, but I can't seem to find anything for the 12AX7 model! It seems like the input impedence, delay time and tank size all differ here, but no one has mentioned what goes in a Sixty-Five Reverb head with EL34s and a tube driver! Its got 2 EL34s and 1 12AX7, 2275-65 BN08997 missing the tank. I measured approx. 12 ohms at the reverb send jack with the amp on full power, volume all the way down, no signal or footswitch. I was thinking of trying a 4AB3C1B (the standard Fender tank), but I'd rather be sure! Anyone have any insight?
