Just a suggestion for the sight. For those of us who use our MM's out, it would be great to have a comments or blow off thread for us to brag about our hardware. I am always amazed everytime we work(which is every weekend) how good my 2-10 65 sounds when it's pushed. A great small amp when I don't need the size and power of my Twin. Mike Kaus

Good Idea! I will add "Brag About your Music Man Amp" section at my next opportunity!

Keep the ideas coming... sooner or later the site will become more populated with good stuff!

Hi
I use a MM 112RP65 and when I played at an outdoor venue last June.(street party) I was told that I could be heard blocks away and I was only on VOL 4.5 and Master Gain on 5. I was miked up to the PA w/SM57 also , but I was told by the sound guy that he backed off the input because the 65 was loud enough already.
I have it loaded with a JBL.

Yo Steve ... like the site, and I'm trying educate myself on these things.

I have a 410-65 (2275-65, BN01342) half & half that I've ignored for 10+ years. The tubes are a GE JAN12AX7WA, and a pair of EH EL-34's (Russian). I'm guessing the GE is for the reverb and the EH's are the tone ... yes? Do you have any suggestions for what may be better for the job? Also - what speakers were sock in these, mine look like Jensens.

The new Bose Tower...

I played through one the other night. Excellent. Who needs a monitor? From bass through mids and up through the relevent highs, perfection.

Power? My God.

I do all my tone shaping upfront. The only tube that matters is a first class 12AX7 / Equiv. re; distortion and even-ordered harmonics. What I
want is clean and clear reproduction. MusicMan, here's yer buddy, 25 years later :-)!

I've got a 1980 HD210 150 Combo. Mint, I'm second owner, first, is a close friend of >25 years. New filter caps and an upgraded 3 prong power cord. A matched quad of Svetlana 6L6GC's.

Think I'm gonna ---gulp---sell her.

If interested, please contact me directly;

I've never done the eBay trip, but if I do, it'll be through a third party w/ an excellent record.

The above post was an inside joke. Glad no one took
offense. I wouldn't part w/ my MM.
