Transformer 1-65-606-5-40?

Author Message   Mark Black Posted on Sunday, February 20, 2005 - 05:03 pm:    Hi all - Can anyone tell me anything about a transformer labeled: 1-65 -606-5-40 This is in a highly bastardized Fender Super Champ I've been given to work on and I just need to find out a little more about it. The wire colors don't seem to match any I've seen on the M-M schematics, but someone had marked the transformer as "Music Man 50" in red paint. Apparently it is an early version of the "100-65" unit.
