Found a used Musicman HD 150 for sale!

I want to buy me a more powerfull amp and i found a used "HD One Fifty" (written on the plate on the front) offered from a music shop for 300 Euros (about 277$).Is this price ok? I only saw the amp on a foto and it's in real good condition.
