A question please,
Is it possible to replace the speaker 100w 12 8homs a Musicman 112 RP One Hundred
by a 12-speaker 150W 8homs Musicman?
Is this compatible or can there be any disadvantage?

It will not be a problem at all. THe maximum power capability increasing will not hurt a thing, as long as they are both 8 ohms. That way you will still achieve maximum power.

Mike is right on as usual, some actually put in a speaker of slightly higher wattage to enhance cleaner tones at higher volumes. As well a slightly lower wattage speaker will break up (distort)at a lower volume or distort more at a standard volume, but might blow up at full volume, lol.a slightly higher voltage speaker will take all you want to give it .
