I have a 210-65 with 12AX7

Symptoms: The reverb cuts on and off at long intervals. For instance, works great for two weeks, take the amp out and play works fine, take it home = no reverb. Play with it a few days and it comes back and generally stays. It sounds like a cold solder somewhere but everything looks fine - I have not pulled the PCB. In all other ways this amp is pristine condition and when the reverb runs I would say it is factory fresh.

Trouble Shooting:
Replaced/substituted opamp, new tank, tapped all around the PCB board while it was running and no microphonics or change otherwise in the sound.

Got any ideas?

You replaced the tank but what about the send and return cables. Also, after the tank and the cables themselves, the send and receive JACKS are suspect for corrosion. Other than that, I'm thinking cracked trace on the board.

Hi Mike,

You were right, send and return cables were at fault. Thanks for the input. Another 210-65 in perfect working order and fully restored down to the e-caps.
