Hello

I picked up some NTE 199, but they don't match without twisting the leads. Any better subs for the ZTX 109

After searching the site, I see a suggestion for a NTE 123AP and another for a NTE 199. The NTE 199 is the cross suggested by NTE, but I just installed them, they don't work (unless I screwed something-up - which is possible). The NTE 123AP is a switching transistor. Any thought from anyone, I'd like to get this reverb working to cover up my poor playing.

The ZTX109 is a weak 100mA allround tranny, replace it with the 200mA BC550C and you are done !

Thanks. Actually, the NTE 199 work rather well, as long as the moron who installs them installs them correctly with good solder joints!

In fact, the reverb is now quite robust. I'm sure the BC550C work fine, but the NTE 199 which are also 100mA, are very robust. Thanks
